A brief latency spike was observed on the WebSocket Streaming API due to an upstream network provider issue. P99 latency temporarily increased from 42ms to ~380ms for approximately 12 minutes. All connections remained stable; no data was lost. Mitigated by automatic failover to secondary routing.
Planned maintenance window for database cluster upgrade and server patching. REST API and WebSocket services were placed in read-only maintenance mode for 18 minutes. All data integrity checks passed. Upgrade completed successfully with zero data loss.
